Parker Small '26 Recruiting Profile

I am a 2026 grad year right handed forward that can play my off wing and centre and consider myself a PP specialist. My goal is to continue to play female hockey at the highest level  with aspirations to play at a Div 1 school.  My greatest strength is my hockey IQ and feel I understand the game better than most players my age. I am a playmaker who excels with creative line-mates and strive to always make the correct play whether it's feeding the puck, burying a goal, or simply getting a puck deep. 

 I  have always been an honours student with a strong work ethic on and off the ice.

For the 2023-24 season I am committed to playing with the U18AAA Red Deer Sutter Fund Chiefs. I played the past 2 years in the AFHL U15 AA Elite League with the Red Deer Sutter Fund Chiefs. I was awarded top AFHL rookie for the 2021/22 season and led the playoffs and provincials in scoring for the 2022/2023 season. Prior to U15, I played U13AA West Central Tigers boys in the SCAHL League (2020/21), U13 tier 1 boys for Sylvan Lake in the CAHL league (2019/20) and U11 AA boys in CAHL.

I was a part of the winning “team black” at the Hockey Alberta Challenge in 2022 and was also invited and attended the top 40  Hockey Alberta U16 summer camp as a first year in 2022 and 2nd year in 2023.

 I have  played 5 years of spring hockey with the Alberta Warriors and competed in many Elite female tournaments across North America.  In the off-season, I skate regularily in development camps to improve my skill set with Colin Fraser of (Champion Hockey Development) and Joel Lenius (Skate to Excel) along with many other camps and conditioning.
