Jenna Mazzola '20 Recruiting Profile

My name is Jenna Mazzola. I am a senior at Norwood High (class of 2020). I am a two sport varsity athlete. I play hockey and softball and I'm on club teams for both. My half season club team for hockey is the Charles River Blazers. I have been playing for the varsity hockey team for three years and my junior year was my second year being the starting goalie. My first year starting, we made the state tournament for the first time in three years, which is a personal accomplishment. In school, I am an honor roll student and dedicate myself to being at my highest performance. I am interested in colleges that provide a neuroscience major. I have always been interested in the science field, specifically psychology and chemistry and I can see myself thriving in that major. Having a positive energy and being a leading example both in the classroom and on the ice is very important to me and I believe is it an essential aspect to be successful.
