I have been playing volleyball for 3 years now, I started my freshman year of high school, and now as a junior volleyball has grown on me and I've began to love it more and more everyday. The positive vibe volleyball has inspires me to work harder each practice and to always have a good attitude on and off the court. My strengths as a player have always been making sure the team is ready for the game and lifting up a teammate whenever they need it. Having a good relationship with your team is important to me, especially in volleyball, because it's a sport where you work together.
I'm always looking forward to playing volleyball and walking into practices and games/tournaments with a positive attitude, which is something I never fail at. I'm always determined to fight and be the best I can be to be successful and win. Volleyball has taught me so many lessons that don't have anything to do with the sport and has helped me with mental toughness. I think playing volleyball has definitely shaped me into the person I am today. Playing in college is something I'm looking forward to and it would be such an amazing experience and achievement to play at the college level.
