I am a forward from Austin, Minnesota currently playing at New England Mountain Cats Academy. I grew up in a hockey family and have been playing hockey since I was three years old. As soon as I stepped onto the ice I knew I was hooked, the feeling I get from being on the ice is something I would describe as magical. Hockey is my passion, every time I skate, score, shoot, and pass the puck brings me joy. I am a dedicated student and athlete, with good grades and an amazing work ethic. Hockey has taught me many life lessons like teamwork, communication skills, and being self aware, as well as empathetic. I had hip surgery at the end of my freshman year and in the middle of my sophomore season for a torn labrum and it killed me not to be on the ice, that’s what made me realize that I don’t want to be done with hockey when high school ends.
