Clara Leduc '24 Recruiting Profile

My Name is Clara Leduc.  I am a grade 11 student at St. Anne's Catholic SS.  I have a 4.0 GPA.  My academic goals are to pursue a career in kinesiology.  I am pursuing a college that will provide a good match with my academic goals and also provide an opportunity to compete at a high level in my athletic goals.  I have been playing hockey since age 6.  I enjoy the competitiveness of hockey and the ability to continually learn.  I see myself as a great teammate and my career stats have reflected this by the amount of assists compared to goals I have.  I am very coachable and understand that being a good athlete requires constant attention and learning.  My ability to work well with teammates and be supportive to them makes me stand out.  For example this season I have supported three of my teammates who have been struggling with confidence on the ice.  Athletically I am strong, determined, and goal driven.  Academically I work hard and maintain a 90% average and I also understand choosing a college/university that will support my education goals is important
