**Doing a PG year at Bishop Kearney in Rochester for the 2021-2022 season and will be looking to come in and play at a 2022 recruit.
My name is Calli Arnold and I am currently the leading scorer for the Swift Current Wildcats. I had gotten off to a fantastic start until our season unfortunately was shut down once again. I had two goals going into this year's season, to be leading scorer on the Wildcats as well as leading scorer of the league and was off to a great start for both. I am currently on Team Saskatchewan as well but unfortunately it was cancelled for the 2021 season.
I played two years with the Saskatoon Stars before moving to Kelowna, B.C last season and played for The Pursuit Of Excellence Hockey Academy and cannot say enough good things about this academy. Unfortunately due to the covid situation I remained back In Saskatchewan to play my final year with the Swift Current Wildcats.
I consider myself a very coachable, hard working and enthusiastic player that is a fast skater and reads the play well. I believe that my biggest strengths are skating and play making abilities. I am able to play a fast north/south game where my strengths are setting up plays on offensive zone rushes. This is where my speed and play making abilities come into effect. In the defensive zone I take great pride in making great plays on the half wall and winning defensive zone draws. I commit to getting down low in the offensive zone corners and spinning off defense or looking for an open lane to create offence. I am a versatile forward that can play both wings and center in any lineup situation.
In the off season I also move away from home and train with former teammates, Grace and Sophie Shirley as well as Emily Clark in Saskatoon, Sask as they are great role models that push me to be better everyday.
I have lived away from home for the past four years to concentrate on my hockey career and I feel like I am ready to commit to secondary hockey. I will be a graduating player this year and very eager to commit to a post secondary college.
Included here is some of my game footage.
