As a student, I always put my work first and put my all into it. I collaborate well with others, communicate with teachers well and complete my work. I have always been a good student on top of extracurricular activities, always making sure I had time to complete everything. My favorite school related past times are reading and writing. I have always enjoyed school, being able to learn new things, and the ability to make new friends.
As an athlete, I work as hard as I can on my own so I can help my teammates on and off the field. On the field, I make sure to communicate with my teammates to let them know what is going on. Lacrosse is not just a sport to me, it's something that helps me and others grow together. Being able to be on a team with other like minded athletes fuels my passion and pushes me to become better every day. I see other players that are stronger, faster, and better players but that doesn't discourage me. It pushes me to work harder; to become as strong and fast as they are.
As a person I am kind, strong willed, and ready for anything thrown at me. I make sure everyone feels included and cared for, especially when they're trying something new. As someone who has played lacrosse for a long time, I have seen many people come and go from the sport. When someone new steps up, I welcome them in and make sure I am always there for assistance if needed.
