Jade Miller '22 Recruiting Profile

My name is Jade Miller and I am from Washington DC. I attend Wilson High School in Chevy Chase DC where I've played varsity lacrosse for the last 3+ years.  I will also serve as lacrosse team Captain for the 2021-2022 school year. 

Along with high school lacrosse, I've also played club for 4 years (DCLAX based in Fairfax, VA - 3 yrs), and currently play on two new teams Virginia Express  (Burke Lacrosse), and the Washington DC Women's Lacrosse Summer League (team 2). All together I have been playing lacrosse for 5 years (defense and attack).  I've also attended several summer lacrosse camps such as the University of Maryland (Terps) for 3 summers, Rabil clinics (Defense Academy) and Tewaaraton hosted at St. John's College High School. 

I am looking for colleges with health care and/or nursing programs where I can continue to play lacrosse and would love the opportunity to talk to you or one of your staff about such an opportunity.

I hold two (4) varsity letters in lacrosse and in track and field (shot put and discus). My lacrosse specialties are interpreting plays and executing defensive actions, as well as riding the crease and full field press.  I am a hand on body defensive player. I primarily play in both the 8 and 12 meters, but I feel comfortable all over the field.  If you need a player for high D or low D....I'm your girl!
