Sports and staying healthy has always been a very big part of my life. Throughout my childhood and teenage years, I have tried almost every sport I could. When I was younger, I played soccer competitively, played rec softball, did dance for 8 years, and did Tae Kwon Do, earning a junior Black Belt at age 8. I am currently playing Field Hockey, Basketball, and Lacrosse for my high school and ran indoor track during my freshmen year. I am a very competitive person and always have enjoyed friendly competition between my teammates during practice. I have a strong drive to win especially when it comes to running and speed, which has been one of my strengths. I enjoy staying busy and I would rather be out getting exercise than sitting at home on the couch. My school work is very important to me and I strive to get the best grades possible. When not at sports practice or doing my homework, I like to go to the gym. I am always motivated to keep bettering myself. I believe there is always room for improvement, but it cannot happen if you don't put in the work.
