Emily Spampinato '24 Recruiting Profile

Hi, my name is Emily Spampinato. I am a student athlete at Liberty high school and play for the M&D 2024 white team. I’ve been a starter on varsity since freshmen year and have also won three 1A state championship titles here in Maryland. I have been playing lacrosse for 7 years and this sport has given me many friends, life lessons, and skills which is why I feel that I fell in love with it. Academically, I have a 4.2 GPA, am on straight A honor roll, and am apart of the national honors society, varsity club, Leo club, sources of strength, and FCA. I am also a team captain for my high school varsity lacrosse team. I take all honors and AP classes and intend to major in education/teaching. Taking advanced classes and playing lacrosse at such a high level at the same time has taught me how to take ownership and be responsible for myself, as well as time management skills so I can maintain academic and athletic excellence.
