Emma Gallaro '22 Recruiting Profile

Being a part of an undefeated freshman team and winning our freshman end of the season tournament, has been the highlight of my high school career so far.  Unfortunately, my sophomore season was not able to continue, due to the Covid-19 Pandemic.  But that didn't stop me from working hard in the weight room and on my lacrosse skills while at home, to ready myself for my summer and fall seasons with T3 United Elite Lacrosse and ultimately towards another championship with Southern Regional High School, in 2021. 

Having to work hard and improve on my own without being with my team and my coaches this spring season, has taught me to become more capable of learning new skills by self -motivation and teaching.  This experience has allowed me to become more disciplined and taught me the importance of dedication, drive and determination, with my end goal to be able to perform on the field at an elite level.  I believe that I have been successful in doing so and I look forward to taking the field this summer and fall and showcasing my game.

My lacrosse career began in 2012 while in the second grade, when I played for my local town recreation league.  I have been in love with lacrosse ever since.  I was fortunate to have great coaching early on, which included my current high school coach.

In 2016, while in the sixth grade, I tried out for the T3 Lacrosse club program and played the 2017 summer season with their T3 Ocean Elite team.  I joined T3 Lacrosse with the hopes of challenging myself while competing with and against elite lacrosse players, that share my goal of rapidly improving my skills. I have been with T3 for four years, playing on T3 Shore Silver Elite, T3 Shore Black Elite and T3 United Elite. I am looking forward to playing on a new travel team, Team91, this fall 2020 and summer 2021.

I am always working hard to continue to improve my game.  I am looking for a school that would be a good fit, but also a challenge, both athletically and academically.  As an experienced and driven player and student, I think that I would be a great addition to your team, your program and your school.
