Ciara Pogue '25 Recruiting Profile

Hi! I'm Ciara Pogue. I would like to take my academics and lacrosse career to college at the next level that suits me. I have been playing Lacrosse for a total of 7 years starting with the youth program in 5th grade. In 8th grade I made Junior Varsity for lacrosse and basketball. For lacrosse, I was a starter every game on mostly midfield. For the 2023 travel I was a midfielder but subbed in wherever I was needed! My club teams 2023 travel season was very successful and ended up in the first part of the bracket every tournament. In my junior season of lacrosse I was one of three captains to lead my school team. This past 2024 summer season I played mostly midfield, defense, and took most of the draws for my club team. Our last tournament we went 4-1-1 and lost in the championship game. These past 2 years I have become better on defense.  For school ball I mostly play midfield and love being all over the field. I am very dedicated to lacrosse and will do whatever it takes to play at the next level.
