Growing up playing the sport of lacrosse I have always stood out. It took me a while to really become comfortable with being the only minority on the team. More importantly I fell in love with the game , I fell in love with the fact that I brought diversity to the field along with aggression, passion and character. Every time I step on the field to play lacrosse I compete and give 100%. Playing lacrosse on long island is extremely competitive. My varsity team itself has over ten division 1 commits which has inspired me and has challenged me everyday going against these extremely elite athletes and has pushed me to become a better player. Besides bringing aggression and competitive spirit to the game I also bring that energy into the classroom were I take my school work very serious and push my self to be a better student everyday
