Goal-oriented, determined, and a commitment to excellence are just a few descriptive terms for who I am. Sports and academics are a foundation of what makes me who I am. Starting from kindergarten all the way through my current sophomore grade level, my family has instilled with me the importance of being a well-rounded person, socially, academically, and athletically. I have been playing lacrosse all my life, I've loved the game ever since I picked up my first lacrosse stick. I began playing club lacrosse in 3rd grade and I instantly fell in love with the competitiveness and atmosphere I was able to play in. I went on to achieve the goals I had established for myself in lacrosse, for example, making the Under Amour Upstate All America Team, making Varsity as an 8th grader, and leading my Club team to become the number 1 team in the Country. I was able to achieve these accomplishments by being a leader on and off the field, working hard every day to get better, and always wanting to be the best I could possibly be. I'm very comfortable in both hands and have great speed and change of direction. I take pride in excelling in both ends of the field. In addition to playing lacrosse, I also play basketball and got asked up to play JV as an 8th grader. Many of the attributes that go into basketball also convert over to the lacrosse field which is why I feel basketball is a perfect 2nd sport for me to play. Once basketball season has ended I'm ready and prepared to get on the field and make a difference.
