Hi Coaches,
My name is Lauren Bailey and I would like to continue playing lacrosse at the collegiate level. I am a driven multisport athlete.
I first got into lacrosse when my oldest sister started playing, and I asked her to teach me what she knew. This started out by chasing ground balls! From that moment, my drive for the game grew. Lacrosse has taught me how to persevere and stay focused, while still being able to adapt and react rapidly both on the field and off.
I currently play lacrosse, basketball, and also pursue horseback riding, personal training, and boxing fitness. I am very coachable and dedicated, and I strive to be better than I was yesterday, as a player, teammate, and as a person. I'm in the process of completing my Level 1 Boxing Coach certification through the Coaches' Association of Ontario.
I have been enrolled in French Immersion studies since kindergarten, and have an overall cumulative high school average of 94%.
