Kayla Bostic '21 Recruiting Profile

Hi! My name is Kayla Bostic and I'll be graduating with Steele High Schools class of 2021. I've played soccer my whole life but spring of 2019 I decided to give lacrosse a try and instantly fell in love with it. After making my schools varsity's team my first year playing I felt the need to push myself in order to get to where everyone else already was. That season made me develop a newfound sense of accountability, perseverance, work ethic and most of all sportsmanship. While I desired to be the best, I realized that its okay to lose. After what I would call a successful season I ended up PCSing to Texas where lacrosse sadly isn't as popular. Luckily though I wasn't deterred and emailed every college nearby asking if they had a team I could practice with. After many unsuccessful attempts I finally found a school that lets me play with them, and I now play for Reagan Lacrosse. I'd love the opportunity for you to see me play the sport I love!
