Personal Statement
Hi, my name is Ellery Schwertfeger, I am a dedicated 27' defender from the mountains of Jackson Hole, WY! I've spent the last 8 years playing with my local home team (Jackson Hole Lacrosse Club) as well as 4 years competing club at the club level. As a defender, I pride myself in speed, agility, and strong communication. Off the feild, I’m passionate about backcountry skiing, and have been apart of the Jackson Hole Ski Club’s Backcountry Program for the past 5 years, where I continue to develop my endurance and resilience — skills that I bring to lacrosse and life. With fewer oppurtunities in my area, I have has to work harder to create my own path, and made me even more determind to take full advantage of every oppurtunity to improve.
