Hello! My name is Erin and I am a rising Junior this fall at Choate Rosemary Hall. I have been rowing for over 4 years now.
My rowing journey started in Korea where I first learned how to scull. That following summer, I attended Newport Aquatic Center summer camp where I further applied my sculling in quad and a double. Prior to Choate I attended Rumsey Hall School where I was a part of the varsity team for 3 years and captain during the 2022-2023 season. During my time at Rumsey, I learned how to sweep and further develop racing experience. In my summer as a rising Sophomore I attended V-Sculls, a summer racing team, in Greenwich Connecticut. That summer, I traveled to Pennsylvania to compete at the Independence Day Regatta to race in the Women Novice Singles category. I placed second in my heat and sixth overall. I recently finished my first Varsity season at Choate Rosemary Hall where I was the 3V stroke and won the award for Excellence in Crew.
Currently, I am training and working hard to improve my erg score as well as focusing on excelling in my studies!
