Claire DiMola Patrick '27 Recruiting Profile

Hello! My name is Claire DiMola Patrick, and I am a sophomore at Arlington High School in Arlington, Massachusetts. I started rowing in the fall of my freshman year for Arlington-Belmont Crew. I am very driven both on and off the water. When it comes to school, I have maintained a 4.0 while taking honors/AP classes and successfully balance my school, rowing, and job schedules. Although I have only been rowing for two fall seasons, one spring, and one winter, I have quickly fallen in love with the sport. I bring the same level of drive and commitment out onto the water as I have in the classroom. Whether it's through listening to critiques and improving skills, or putting everything I have into a regatta, I am committed. For most of my life prior to highschool, I played soccer. No matter how many years I played, I never felt the same connection as I do with rowing. The people on the team and the values of the sport align with mine more than any other thing. I am extremely excited to take my rowing to the collegiate level in the future.
