Hello, my name is Addison Brooks. I am class of 2026 at Worcester Academy and am hoping to continue rowing through my college years. I first rowed as a freshman, and I instantly fell in love with the sport. I previously was a competitive dancer, so I had previous knowledge of what it is like to be on a team and face the challenges that competition gives you. I was voted as captain of my varsity school team as a sophomore and was once again to be captain as a junior due to my strong leadership skills and ability to connect well with others on and off the boat. I am not only dedicated to the sport but also dedicated to my academics. I maintain a 4.25 weighted GPA and take almost all AP and Honors courses. My goal for college is to continue with a Pre-Med major to then later on go to Med school.
