I’m very passionate about crew and the role I have in this sport. I was originally a rower for a year and a half but have since moved onto coxing. I feel that starting as a rower was beneficial to me as a developing coxswain because I am able to better relate to my boat, and I am aware of what my rowers go through each race. I cox both the boy’s and the girl's varsity teams, and I'm successful at changing my coxing styles to better suit each team. I am able to balance my athletics and academics very well. I strive towards the highest grades and manage my time in an effective way. My preferred field of study is International Relations or a combined major of International Relations and Environmental Studies.
