Personal Statement
Rowing at a collegiate level is a priority for me for numerous reasons, perhaps the biggest being the challenge of it. It is not about keeping myself busy, it is about keeping myself motivated and constantly challenging myself both physically and mentally. I aim to bring a high level of concentration, arduous effort, and motivation with me wherever I end up. I am currently team captain of my varsity girls team, and am pushing my girls hard to make the most of my final season in high school. Overall, I like to push myself to my boundaries, and then past them.
