When a person asks me, “Why do you play soccer?” I always respond with, “Because I love it.” and they ask me “Why?” and usually I don’t respond because I don’t think that deep into it. However, I do have an answer. I love playing soccer because every game is like a story. For 90 minutes, there are villains, and there are heroes. Every pass is a triumph, every foul is a tragedy and you’re all hurdling down field to this one epic goal as a team and every second counts. It’s electric. That is why I love soccer. It’s a part of me, and if I lost it, it would be like losing a leg.
However, to play the sport that I have such a strong passion for, my grades have to be strong. As always, my academics are strong and I am confident that my grades will be perfect for my future college. I am a hardworking person when it comes to my academics and sports, but I also enjoy being with my friends and family. I have no idea where or who I would be without them. I do lean on them for support for everything, but I am also very very independent. I meet and exceed expectations. I get things done quick and right. I can be a bit serious when getting things done and playing a intense game, but I am soft at heart with affection and warmth. Thank you for reading about me and I hope to meet you in the future!
