Olivia Becker '20 Recruiting Profile

Hello coaches, I am Olivia Becker. I play Goal Keeper for U18/19 LAFC Slammers ECNL Composite team. I will graduate from Carlsbad High School in 2020. I pride myself in my goal stopping abilities of course but I think I am particularly strong with my foot and communication skills. I bring a positive attitude into each practice and game, I believe leading by example is key for a keeper and my Marine Dad taught me that always doing my best, doing the right things, and treating others the way you want to be treated is the key to getting the most out of my team.  Right now I am so excited about finding a college that I will thrive in!  I want a great education in psychology that will prepare me for my future and I want to play in a soccer program that has a great sense of family and will push me physically, mentally getting the most out of what I can give.  I spend most weekends volunteering at my church working in the nursery and I participate in Kids Games which is a camp that combines sport and an opportunity for the children get to know God better.  I believe that a strong sense of family and positivity can always carry a team to the end regardless of the outcome.
