Victoria Wittenbrock '20 Recruiting Profile

Although just a Junior in High School I am already looking forward to my college experience both as a student and an athlete.  I have been working diligently since grade school at achieving high grades so I have the best opportunity to attend an acclaimed academic institution.  However, my soccer career is also very important to me.  I have always put the same type of effort into my training as I have into my studies and I am pleased with my progression.

Character as an athlete is stressed in my family and I attempt to embody this trait everyday on the field.  My father works closely with the UCLA Bruins Football team mentoring graduating athletes into professional careers beyond athletics. This relationship has given me the opportunity to openly discuss what it takes to be a teammate, a leader, and a presence on the field yet still maintain a "winning character".  I always learn from these discussions and look forward to the opportunity to play at the next level.
