My name is Irandy Erazo and I am a senior in high school. I have been playing competitive soccer for about 10 years, so it has been a big part of my life. I gained so much love and passion for this sport because of my family and friends. My family has always been around the sport even before I was born and all my siblings have played/coached as well. Growing up, I began playing with an all boys team which was a bit more competitive because of how different and how much faster their game was. Playing with boys has definitely allowed me to become a better player by improving my decision making and movement on/off the ball. Transitioning into a girls team at the age of 12 was a bit different due to the style of play, but wasn't difficult to adapt to. Throughout my soccer career, I have played in many different leagues such as DA, ECNL, DPL, GA, Regular Club, and ECRL. Some strengths I have playing as a center attacking mid and winger are long balls/crosses, taking on players 1v1, making runs into space/in behind and good ball distribution.
