Kaylynn Alves '23 Recruiting Profile

My goal is to receive a 4.0 GPA all throughout high school and college. I'm also planning on participating in cross country, soccer, and track all four years of high school. I'd also like to play on my college's women's soccer team. I plan to study sports medicine or physical therapy in college. I am hardworking, determined, and all about teamwork. I will continue to put one hundred percent of my effort in at every practice and game.  I am different from other recruits because I have achieved a 4.0 in school my entire life. I have also played on multiple competitive and travel soccer teams, including the Alliance NPL team which I am currently on.  As a soccer player, I have been the leading scorer as well as leading my team in assists for the past 4 soccer seasons. I believe that one should take the shots given, and pass to others to take the shot whenever necessary.  I also was the #1 cross country runner for my school the past 2 years. I also broke 2 records in track (800m and 4x400 relay). My track events are the 400, 800, triple jump, and 4x400 relay in which I am the anchor runner of. My coaches and teachers have always looked to me as a role model and leader. They know that I am always dependable and complete everything I do very thoroughly. Many parents of other players on my teams have complimented me to my mom on how I "always play with heart from the first whistle to the last whistle of the game no matter what the score is."  I can guarantee you that I will continue to give my full effort and play with "heart" out on the field as well as in the classroom. I will not be a disappointment!
