Brooke LaRee Garmon '22 Recruiting Profile

Hi, 

My name is Brooke LaRee Garmon, I am an outside midfielder/forward of the class of 2022 and currently I have a 4.2 cumulative GPA. It has always been my dream to play soccer in college since I was a young child. Regarding education, I have had a very high interest in the field of psychology. Recently taking a psychology class my junior year and planning to take an AP psychology class this upcoming year has helped me realize that this is a career that I would like to pursue.  Unlike psychology, I have found an interest in law and pre-law that I would consider as a career path as well. I am a very hardworking studious student and have great time management skills. 

On the soccer side, I have enjoyed playing competitive soccer for the past 10 years as well as two years of rec. when I was young. I have also played on my high school Junior Varsity team my freshman and sophomore year, as well as playing on the varsity team this past year. As far as position, I mostly play outside mid/forward being able to cross with either foot; however, I can equally play outside defender as well. Many coaches have said that I am a very coachable player and that I have a great strong left foot, as well as, being able to shoot/cross/play with my right too. Playing collegiate soccer has always been a dream of mine and maybe going beyond college I would like to play professionally or at least semi-pro if I am given the opportunity.
