Hi, my name is Imya Shelton, my future goal is to play college soccer at a D1 or D2 school. I'm different from other goalkeepers because I'm shorter than most goalkeeper, my vertical jump is 22in. I'm good with cross balls, shot stopping, distribution, diving and stopping shots with my feet.
I've been playing goalkeeper for 4 out of my 5-year career. I like to push myself on and off the field. I was able to be apart of Springer Middle Schools first spring all-girls soccer team in 2017.
Some of my future goals is for me to go to an ODP - Delaware Olympic Development Program and to help my school grow as they continue on with their soccer season and hopefully get moved up to being D1 in high school soccer.
