My name is Emily Vasquez, I am a junior at Scecina Memorial High School in Indianapolis, Indiana. I have played soccer since I was about 4, I played on a league till I was about 10. After I stopped, I played on my school team every since and have started varsity since freshman year . I am very involved outside the field! I am apart of student council, student ambassadors, yearbook, starfish initiative, track, spring musical, and am a student of the year candidate for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society 2021! My dad always says that if I have my mind set on something, it happens! I love being optimistic and outgoing. I believe I have so much room to grow, but so does the best of the best. We aren’t ever finished being our best version of ourselves. Academically I am pretty average, I have maintained a 3.5-3.37 even through COVID and hard classes being taught online. I’d say I’m well rounded and accountable !
