Many events have taken place in my life which have shaped me into who I am, such as having a very young sibling has taught me how to care for my family and help out my family. My dad helped me discover my love for soccer by allowing me to join when I was younger and I realized this is the sport I want to pursue when I was in middle school. I have learned how to push through hard games, to never give up, and how to be a good teammate. Some of my academic goals for high school is to achieve high honor roll all 4 of my years. Another goal for me is to make sure I set myself up for college and that I am prepared academically. For college, some of my academic goals include being able to start a job soon after I graduate and to be successful in my job. I have had some obstacles to get where I am today such as switching my club teams a few years ago. Some of my unique characteristics is that I am very determined and hardworking student and athlete. On the soccer field I am very confident with the ball and not afraid to take people on the dribble, but I make sure to pass the ball around to my teammates if they have better opportunities than I do.
