Personal Statement
My name is Ella Bender, I am in 8th grade at Millis Middle School. I am a natural leader and enjoy being in a team environment. I play for NEFC-Breakers Central U15. I play outside and center back but can play midfield. I play well with both my right and left feet. I also play for my school soccer, swim, track, and tennis teams. I am an honor roll student, am on school Leadership group, and am Vice President of our Student Council. I am still exploring my options for a field of study but I am interested in medical, specifically research, and enjoy graphic design.
I understand the importance of practice makes progress and making mistakes helps motivate me to do better the next time. I am confident on the field directing my teammates, supporting them, and persisting especially through challenging situations and games.
