Madison Hamelin '24 Recruiting Profile

Since the very beginning of my soccer experience I knew that I wanted to take it to the next step and play at the collegiate level. I have trained since 7 years old at high level soccer and have pushed myself each time to be better than I was the last time I stepped on the pitch. I have grown up knowing to be a leader for my peers and lift those around me, my father has always told me to never stop striving for the best out of my game. He was a college athlete who has been an inspiration to me throughout my soccer career and my recruiting process. 

No matter what team I am on, I stand out as a hard worker and always learn from what coaches are telling me, I take in the information and use it effectively on the field. I am a respectful athlete and student, during my high school years I have never stopped at being average and have always kept my GPA high. I continue in sharing my love for soccer to the youth by volunteering at the local soccer teams to referee and teach adolescents how to play, while keeping it in a fun environment. 

My soccer history has been filled with experiences I will never forget, every opportunity to work with the sport I am passionate about, I take. I have been on several travel teams for over 9 years and know what it takes. This is all I have ever wanted in my life since the first time I kicked a soccer ball, I want to push myself even farther and won't stop in my learnings or recruiting, I am open to any opportunities that are given.
