Hi,
I’m Larissa,
I have been playing soccer since I was 4. I have played every position on the field and my coach thinks I am the most helpful at center back. Soccer has played a big part in my life because I have learned through the years teamwork and to work hard for what you want. I have always given my best effort towards anything I do because I know that will help me later in life. I am a lot different than other recruits in many different ways. First, I am a leader on and off the field and playing center back helps me achieve that leadership. Playing center back has made me more communicative and active on the field and make sure everyone is doing their part. I am always trying to be positive and encourage my teammates so we can always improve. Furthermore, academics are extremely important to me. Soccer has helped me be disciplined by making sure to get my studies done before practice. I strive to do the most I can and go beyond in being a better soccer player. I am also very coachable. College is a huge goal for me. My goal is to go to a college that fits me academically and athletically. I want to be a part of the soccer team and help wherever I can. I also have always had a passion to play soccer. I live with my grandparents because my parents are deceased. My grandpa and grandma are very important to me because they have done so much to help me succeed in soccer and develop into a well-rounded young woman.
