Hello! My Nickname is Ana and I'm really easygoing, energetic, and hardworking.
I've been playing recreational soccer since I was 4. I stopped in middle school because I was in other sports and there was no team for our school. I played for Brandon High school freshman year but didn't get to play my sophomore year due to the virus. I joined a travel team (Nationals- Highschool girls North Oakland select 2003) under my Coach Scott Claxton, and had told me that I had improved the most during our fall season (2020-2021). During the spring season of my junior year I played as goalie and outside back at my high school and this fall and winter. My team attended the Traverse city "The Autumn Classic". I also attended a showcase Nov. 13th with videos from that event in my highlight video. I plan on attending more camps and showcases February and March.
I like school and playing soccer helps to motivate me to do better. I always aim to get A's and B's in school, and to actually learn while doing so.
I know I have more to learn after attending my last showcase I noticed; skill, play, decision-making, composure, transitions are a whole other level from high school soccer. I haven't been playing travel as long as other girls but I am willing to work really hard to become a better player on the field. Soccer is a sport I truly have a passion for and I am willing to do the work no matter what obstacles are in the way.
