I can't imagine my life without soccer. It has been my life for the past ten years. I fell in love with this sport at age 5. I have good field vision and I’m excellent with winning balls out of the air. I love to have the ball at my feet and create goal scoring opportunities for my team. I’m a team leader and I always try to be the best teammate I can be on and off the field. Getting constructive feedback from coaches and teammates has helped me be the player I am today and I’m always open to it.
My personality makes me very coachable and fun to be around on and off the field. My past and present coaches and teammates will tell you that am extremely dedicated to bettering my skills and my teammates skills. I practice as hard as I play. They say I bring a calming presence onto the field that helps everyone stay focused. I know when to lighten the mood with a joke and when to hug a teammate to raise their spirits.
In the classroom I hold a 3.8 gpa. My goal is to attend a college that best allows me to play soccer at the highest possible level and prepare me for a future career in a science field. I am open to all options to find the best college for me athletically and academically. Above anything else, I strive to be a successful student and athlete.
