Right now Kate does not know what she wants to do regarding degree/future career. She does want to play soccer at the highest level possible, so soccer is right now driving the college choice. Since three years of age to now, Kate has never voluntarily missed any training or any games. She is 100% all in for training and playing start to finish. She knows that getting better never ends. A very physical player that thrives with one on one situations, is confident with the ball and plays with her head up. She goes in hard every time and pretty much plays error free, a very high soccer IQ. She never withers and never fades, she is strong start to finish and does not "let them turn". Kate has always been in tremendous shape with a high level of endurance. It does not matter if her team is up by 10 or down by 10 she plays like the next goal is the only goal, never takes her foot off the pedal. A very strong center back that is often used as a stopper marking the other team's top forward and she is a competent midfielder. She has been watching her diet since U-12, no soda mostly water and little junk food mostly fruit. Academics are as strong and impressive as her soccer playing. Mostly honors and AP courses she is at the top of her class. She takes her education as serious as her soccer. I have never had to tell her to do her homework, she self-manages very well. A typical day; school, home from school doing homework, supper, twenty minute power nap after supper, almost 3 hours of training including travel, back home doing homework if not already done. She will make you proud on and off the field. You will not regret recruiting my daughter.
