Cleo Johnson '22 Recruiting Profile

I am a 5’6” Attacking Midfielder from Maryville, MO. I am a hardworking student with a 3.8 GPA. I started for my high school’s varsity soccer team as a freshman and play for my club team, Alliance FC, on their ‘02 and ‘03 teams. Unfortunately, I was unable to complete the high school season fully due to an injury to my ankle. Though I hate being away from the game, the time apart was a very growing experience for me that allowed me to reflect on what I wanted to perfect to perform fully for a collegiate team. 

I am looking for an institution that benefits my academic and athletic needs. I plan to engage in a school that has an admirable reputation in the field of biology. I have no specific preference on the type or size of school that I want to attend. Athletically, I want a team that can push me and take me to the next level. I believe I not only have the talent to compete for a college team, but I can bring leadership and a strong work-ethic that will positively impact your team. I am confident I have what it takes to create an advantage for any team.
