My name is Chelsea Mohammed, and I am a 5’8, 145lb Junior keeper. I am #0 on the SJEB FC 06G GA team. I am also #61 GK and #17 field (2024) at Moorestown Friends School, Moorestown, NJ. Academically, I have worked to achieve an unweighted 3.8 GPA and have been on the honor roll since my Freshman year. I want to major in Business/Marketing, and my interests include fishing, drawing, and volunteering with Rock to the Future.
I am a 3-year goalie starter for the MFS Foxes under the leadership of first-year Head Coach Lisa CotterWe finished the season 9-6 and lost in the semi-finals Friends League playoffs to Shipley 2-1. The 2021 season (6-1) was the best since 2002. My impact on the high school team translates to my strong interest in becoming a student-athlete on the next level because of the impact I can have on any team.
In addition to playing on my high school team, I am a 4-year member of Club SJEB FC 06G GA team, and we play in the GA league. I also train with the Keeper Institute, which has honed my technical, communicative, and decision-making skills.
I am an extremely athletic Keeper who has several attributes to becoming of student-athlete:
I have a keen ability to communicate.
I possess a composed demeanor in the most intense environments of competition.
I am a student of the game with experience playing the field, always striving to be better.
I am coachable, and a leader with a solid work ethic on and off the field.
