Personal Statement

I have been in love with the game of soccer since I was a very little girl. The constant movement of the game, the grace of a well trained soccer player and the thrill of putting a ball past the goalkeeper are some of the things that have attracted me to the sport.  I am constantly practicing and working on my development, not because a coach tells me, but because I enjoy trying to reach my god-given potential. In fact I keep a soccer ball in almost every room in my house; as one never knows when the urge will strike to practice some fast foot drills or control my juggling.  During my free time I enjoy watching videos of some of my favorite soccer player such as Alex Morgan, Tobin Heath and Carli Loyd. I try to learn their moves and incorporate them into my style of play.

Playing soccer in college has always been a dream of mine. The comradery of a collegian team and the thrill of getting a goal or assist before a crowd of my fellow college students is something that inspires me. I have always been a good teammate and feel whether I am the one who scores or if someone else scores it doesn't matter, as long as the team is working towards the objective of victory.

I am a tireless worker that would be a great asset to any program that wishes to choose me for their roster.

I made a short movie, based on a Tobin Heath video that I recorded my Freshman year.  I hope you enjoy it - Click Here.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
