Simone Schwarz-Eise '24 Recruiting Profile

Hello I'm Simone Schwarz-Eise! I have been playing soccer since I was 3 years old and have loved the game since the very first time I stepped onto the field. Soccer has always been a big part of my life and I have always wanted to further my soccer career past high school and even past college. My dream has always been to continue playing soccer after college wether it be minor or major leagues. Being a part of a program at a university would allow me to get a good education and continue to play the sport I love.  I have been a goalkeeper since I was eight years old. When I am in goal I feel like the whole world falls away, all problems fade into the distance, and it's just me, the ball, my gloves, and the grass. 

Academics are extremely important to me and have always been one of my main priorities. I am not exactly sure yet what I want to study in college or university, but I have a very big interest in writing,  journalism and politics. Over my freshman year, I was published 5 times in my school's newspaper. Over sophomore year I have published 3 articles in the school newspaper. I  have participated in many of my high school clubs and am my Sophomore class treasurer!  

I am an extremely passionate and aggressive player who will never give up or give in! I always bring my positivity and passion with me. I have had many leadership roles in and outside of sports, I am a great leader and take charge! I do not waste opportunities that are given to me and will always be working to become better and better every single day!
