- I have been playing soccer for over 10 years. As a child, I was a well rounded athlete and played many different sports, in order to keep my options open. However, the past few years, this year specifically, I have been focusing my training on soccer. I have practice/games with the school team 6 days a week. On top of that I go to travel practices immediately, following 3 out of those 6 days. In the off season I focus on conditioning, muscle strengthening and fitness level.
