I am Sofia Caraballo, a center back graduating in 2027 from Albertus Magnus High School. I play varsity soccer at my high school and for my club team World Class FC, an ECNL team in the New England Conference.
I am excited to pursue playing high level soccer in college while continuing to challenge myself academically.
On the field I am a tenacious player with a strong focus and ability to anticipate plays. I believe the most effective part of my game is my ability to read the field and make split-second decisions to disrupt opposing attacks and transition seamlessly into offensive play.
Off the field, I am equally committed to academic excellence and personal growth. I believe that my strong work ethic, time management skills, and determination to succeed both athletically and academically make me a well-rounded student-athlete who would thrive in a collegiate environment.
I’m not just looking for a school with a great soccer program; I’m looking for a supportive community where I can continue to grow as a player, a student and a person.
Thank you in advance for considering me as a potential addition to your soccer program. I look forward to meeting with you to discuss how I can make a positive impact as a member of your team.
