My name is Julia Hotine, and I've lived in New York my whole life. I have been playing soccer since the age of five when I was introduced to the sport. My goals are to get the opportunity to play with the U.S youth national team, and one day play for the U.S women's national team. I am inspired by kids who play professionally at young ages. Reminding me that if I keep working hard, I too can play at the professional level. I set my mind to working hard and improving everyday.
I'm a open-minded player who can play any position on the field. I am able to learn from my mistakes which help me get better as a player. I always try to encourage and motivate my teammates and friends on and off the field.
I don't just work hard in my athletics, I also put just as much effort into my academics to keep up a 4.0 GPA. I always make sure to stay on top of all my work ensuring that it's turned in on time and thoroughly completed.
When I'm not playing soccer I like to hang out with my friends. We're always playing some kind of sport like volleyball where games get very competitive. We love to plan trips to the Hamptons and Fire Island. I greatly enjoy spending time outside and playing all different types of sports.
