Ever since I can remember, soccer has been the one thing I've always been most passionate about. I didn't realize how important extending my soccer career was until I started playing for my school which tempted me to play club soccer. Soccer started becoming a part of my everyday life and it dawned on me that I wouldn't be satisfied with myself if my soccer career ended after high school. Playing at the collegiate level, wherever will best fit me, athletically and academically, is most important. Coming from a small town is challenging because it's tough to get noticed and put yourself out there, especially when the closest club is 45 minutes away. But, I know I contain the willingness and dedication to play at the highest level for me.
Although soccer is very important to me, my grades and academics are always a top priority. It is very crucial to me and my future to keep my grades up, as I have always made it my goal to challenge myself. Academics have always been a strong point for me, and I commit to keeping it that way. I want to be the best student athlete I can be. I do not have a solid decision as to what my major will be, but I hope to become an orthodontist. My school has given me great opportunities, but I can't wait to see what's in store afterwards for my future soccer career.
