My name is Iliana Dimitratos.
I am a 2027 graduate of Mount Sinai High School in New York.
I currently go to Mount Sinai High School and have a 93% GPA. I am in accelerated classes and definitely consider myself a scholar athlete who gives both-school and sports-100% all year.
I started playing soccer when I was only 3 years old. I played for our town recreational team.
When I was 7 years old I started playing for our town travel team. I played on Team Atletico for 6 years. I learned and played both defense & offense, and was even a captain for Coach Matt Gordon.
In the Summer of 2020 when everything was shutting down due to the Pandemic, I was really missing soccer. My parents found a competitive soccer club 40 minutes away called Susa FC. It is Long Island’s largest soccer academy and their facilities are beautiful. At Susa we train 3-4 days a week-all year long with some of the best coaches. We play in indoor, outdoor and futsal leagues and tournaments. I am very hard working and motivated. My coaches have always commented on how coachable I am. My consistent dedication to a strong work ethic and ability to take corrections and implement them in a game are some of my strengths.
Coaches: Matt Gordon, Papy Sy, Alec Adeclat, Sebastian Zieba, Paul Yarde, Scott Carey
In 8th grade I was pulled up for both JV Soccer & Basketball. I loved the competition and level of play.
Soccer has already taught me as much on the field as it has off the field. Hard work, determination, accountability, proper mindset, physical ability and teamwork have helped make me the person and player I am today. I’ve had some of my best times on the soccer field and hope to continue that on the college level.
