Mia Scelsa '20 Recruiting Profile

I am currently 14 years old and attend St. John the Baptist Diocesan High School. I was a starter for varsity soccer as a freshman and received the scholar athlete award for my team. In addition to playing school ball, I also play for Albertson Fury NPL 02, and PDP. I was captain of my PDP team for the year of 2015-2016 and helped lead my team to a very successful trip over sea's in England. We played against top teams such as Tottenham and Leicester while there. I feel as if I have a very good vision of the field which enables me to play any position on the field and know what my job is.  I am a very dedicated person both in academics and athletics. I hope to pursue a career in the medical field and I am well aware of the commitment and dedication that it takes to achieve my goal. I am looking forward to an exciting college experience and to get the education needed to fulfill my goals of pursuing a career in the medical field.
