McKayla Harris '25 Recruiting Profile

Hi, I'm McKayla Harris. I am primarily an outside winger.. I interact with teammates in an "altruistic" manner, according to coaches. I identify the assets of my team and play to them. I started playing soccer when I was 5. Since then, I have continued to play for the academy, clubs, middle school, and high school levels. 

During the 2023 playing season, I was recognized as a North Carolina All-State athlete, an All-Region athlete, and an All-Conference athlete. I take pride in my accomplishments on the field, but I'm equally vested in my academic success. I'm currently ranked in the top 2% of my class.  As I continue to improve my skills on the field, I am also focused on maintaining my academic success while staying engaged in extracurricular activities.  

Looking towards the future, I am determined to continue playing soccer at a higher level. My ultimate goal is to play at the collegiate level and potentially pursue a career in professional soccer. I am willing to put in the effort to achieve my dreams.  Overall, I am excited for what the future holds and look forward to pursuing my passions both on and off the field.
