My college goals and aspirations include pursuing a degree in the field of biology while playing the sport I love and value most. Athletically, soccer is my main focus. I have completely devoted my entire self to the sport and do not participate in any other sport. Soccer is a huge part of my life and I look forward to continuing my career at the collegiate level. In soccer I have the "never give up" attitude and mentality. No matter the score or circumstances of the game, I will be playing to my uttermost best ability. As a team captain, I am a leader both on and off the pitch. I strive at being able to carry the attitude of my team and to make sure everyone has the necessary positive attitude to work as a whole and win games. Many of my coaches describe me as a very coach-able player. I love asking questions then taking their feedback into action to better improve and develop my skills. Soccer is a game where there is always room for improvement and I never want to stop improving or working to get better. Academically, I have the same mentality. My academic performance is of one of my top priorities. I was 1 out of 16 students to receive a scholarship into Seton High School, am currently ranked 14/96 students with a 3.9 GPA, and will soon be inducted into the National Honors Society. As a student athlete it is necessary to strive on the field and in the classroom and that is something I excel at and look to carry over into my collegiate soccer experience.
