Brea Ballard '23 Recruiting Profile

From the first time I had ever placed my foot onto a soccer ball, I knew that it was more than just a sport; It was and will continue to be the one thing that means more than anything to me. My passion and drive for the love of the game itself continues to grow more and more everyday. I believe that working hard each and everyday to improve will make me not only a better player, but a better teammate as well as a friend. Soccer is so much more than individual talent. Working as a team is what will lead to success on and off the field. Working hard each and everyday in not only soccer, but in school keeps me motivated because I know I can do better. To me, nothing is ever "good enough" because there is always room for improvement. Supporting my teammates is important to me because I try to be a leader on the field. Small things such as, "You´re alright" and "Hey, good idea" can build them back up when they are down and utilizing and taking advantage of this goes a long way.
